Shipping FAQ

We can’t wait for you to get your yontempr package, so be sure to read below to help you pick your shipping selection from In Store Pick Up, USPS Shipping, to UPS Ground. Customer service is the backbone of our business and is extremely important to us and our priority for us is to get your order out as quick as possible! As of October 1, 2021 USPS has made some serious changes that will effect how your package will be delivered.

All orders over $60+ get FREE SHIPPING! 

Shipping Options:

USPS First Class:  This package option does come with tracking but typically can take 5 or more business days to arrive, you will get an email with tracking, if you don’t please check your spam. Updated as of 10/1/21, our current First Class rate is $6 found during the check out period.

UPS Ground: This package option does come with tracking but typically can take 1-3 business days to arrive depending on location, you will get an email with tracking, if you don’t please check your spam. After the USPS made some big changes, we decided to move all other packages to UPS to ensure you receive your product in the manner it was received after learning the USPS news on time and transit delays 10/1/21, our current UPS rate for ground shipping is $9, you'll find it during the check out period.

If your package shows it was delivered by the USPS but you don't have your package, please allow 24 hours to see if the postal service or UPS ground to retrieve your order. We have found, that 99% of the time, your package was submitted delivered by accident. You can also check your surrounding areas, like your neighbors to see if they were given the package by accident! Of course, don't hesitate to reach out! We absolutely understand! We are not responsible for lost or stolen in transit items, to file a claim on a lost order, visit the USPS start a claim

In Store Pick Up: Take advantage of this option for an added service of yontempr.  However, please be aware of this option when selecting your shipping preference, because this is a free service, If you picked this by accident, we can invoice you for shipping but we are not responsible for shipping and could delay the status of your order. Store Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 10AM to 6PM, during the holiday season, we will extend our hours to Mondays.

How do I know my order is ready?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll get an email confirming the order, at this time, you’ll receive a second email that it has either shipped or now ready for in store pick up. We recommend doing the SMS text order confirmation, because some emails go to spam.
